Conductor is a scheduling and time intelligence platform that enables users to:
- Manage meetings and calendar availability
- Qualify and control access to meetings
- Record and process meeting data
- Generate transcripts, notes, and AI-driven insights
- Analyze time usage and goal alignment
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms, including but not limited to:
- Google Calendar
- Microsoft Outlook
- Zoom
- Google Meet
- Microsoft Teams
4. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree that you will not:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Upload or process data you do not have the right to use
- Record or process meetings without required consent under applicable laws
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the platform
You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws regarding:
- Recording of conversations
- Data protection and privacy
- Use of third-party integrations
6. Meeting Recordings and Consent
Where the Service enables recording or transcription:
- You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from meeting participants
- You represent that you have lawful authority to record and process such data
The Company is not responsible for your failure to obtain required consent.
7. AI-Generated Outputs
The Service may generate transcripts, summaries, insights, and recommendations using artificial intelligence.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Outputs are automated and may contain errors or inaccuracies
- Outputs are provided for informational purposes only
- The Company does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability
- You are solely responsible for decisions made based on such outputs
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of your data. However, you grant the Company a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
9. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features of the Service may require payment.
- Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe
- Fees are billed on a recurring basis where applicable
- All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE
- DATA WILL BE ACCURATE
- OUTPUTS WILL BE RELIABLE
15. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
- LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your failure to obtain necessary consents for recordings
17. International Use
You are responsible for complying with local laws applicable to your use of the Service.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
19. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
